  • How do I contact you?
You can reach me through the contact form on this website. I welcome feedback, questions about the content, or suggestions for topics you’d like to see covered!
  • Are you available for one-on-one consultations?
I am currently only seeing patients in person in the emergency room and do not offer professional medical consultations outside of the hospital setting. However, I am offering 15-minute Zoom meetings to chat with parents. These meetings are an opportunity for me to gather feedback on the kind of topics you want to see, hear how I can provide more value, and discuss what you’d like included in future content. These are NOT sales calls—just a way for me to connect with parents and ensure my resources meet your needs. To book a call with me, please click here and select a time that works for you.
  • What is your mission?
To help parents of children under the age of 5 go from feeling anxious and overwhelmed by their child’s common illnesses and injuries to feeling calm, confident, and fully prepared to handle whatever comes their way.
  • What kind of resources can I find here?
This website offers a free downloadable guide, [Name of the Freebie], and links to my social media platforms, where you will find highly valuable content and more freebies. You will also find a link to my Facebook community. Join us and help us grow as we learn together!
  • Are these resources for all parents?
Yes! While much of the content is geared toward parents of young children under five, many of the principles apply to older children as well.
  • Can I use your resources instead of seeing a doctor?
No. The resources on this website are for educational purposes only and should not replace individualized medical advice or evaluation. Always consult your child’s healthcare provider for specific concerns.
  • How does being a mom influence your work?
Being a mom gives me a unique perspective that complements my medical training. I understand the emotional side of parenting and provide the same guidance I use for my own children.
